We specialize in creating unqiue websites and custom web applications for small to medium businesses and budding entrepreneurs. We develop using either a .NET or Ruby on Rails stack depending on the specifics of each job and client needs. We also develop client side desktop applications on a .NET stack.

To put it simple, we're a small company that does some pretty awesome work. There's no chain of management to deal with, no complex hassels to wade through. If you need to talk to our graphic designer, go ahead and email her. We promise she won't mind.

Our clients are generally small to medium sized businesses that are not big enough to have a web team of their own. We handle all aspects of the web until they are stable enough to have a team of their own.

We charge per hour for consulting and any development task that is estimated at 10 hours or less. Anything over 10 hours will need to have a contract rate. We do offer a retainer package for clients looking to hire Maven-Soft for an extended period of time.

For hourly work, we bill when the work is done, and the bill is due within 15 days. Project rates are judged on a per project basis. We generally will bill 50% up front and %50 + expenses after the work is complete for small to medium projects. For larger projects, we do offer payment plans.

All of our billing is done through the fabulous online invoicing company Freshbooks. We accept checks and money orders by mail, credit/debit card payments may be made through Freshbooks at no charge to you.
